The First Floor has a spacious Living/Dining open layout with high ceilings and a Kitchen wing situated with windows on 3 sides to maximize light and views. This floor also accommodates a Mudroom, Den, Laundry & full Butler Pantry. The Second Floor houses 5 bedrooms with a Master bath suite, guest suite, and an adjoining bathroom for their boys. The construction utilizes TJI joists at the exterior for its insulation layer which provides deep sill details that accentuate the punch windows in this modern take on a rural farmhouse.
