Site Description:
The Woodstock Passive House is built with autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC). Insulation products are Foamglas™ (glass) below grade, external mineral wool insulation for the walls, and cellulose for the ceilings. There are no plastic foam insulation products. It is certified by PHIUS, DOE Zero Energy Ready, Indoor Air Plus, and Water Sense.
