NYREIC is pleased to have Mitch Conrad , the founder of "Margo's Bookkeeping Services" to speak on the topic of "How to automate your business and delegate your way to success ".
Guest Profile-
Mitch Conrad began his entrepreneurial career in 1998 investing in real estate; compiling a substantial portfolio while working as a high school teacher and coach. He began purchasing small multi-family properties in the Denver area and progressed to apartment buildings in other states including Arizona and Texas. In 2016, Mitch and his wife, Jennifer, shifted their focus to residential assisted living and memory care homes, founding The Gardens Care Homes LLC. Mitch retired from teaching in 2018 to give his full attention to the business which has grown to nine locations and 118 licensed beds in the Denver area with several more locations and new projects on the horizon.
He is continuing to expand the business by partnering with capital investors and planning developments of continuous-care communities with multiple residential homes of independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing all on one campus to keep the smaller home-like feel while providing the amenities of a large facility.
This event is made possible through collaboration between: "InvestUp! Multi-family Apartment Real Estate Passive Income" and “Multifamily Realty Gains" meetup.
