Amany Alkhayat is the founder of Linguatech, where she develops educational experiences that combine immersive technologies with embodied conversational AI and intelligent tutors to enhance language learning, soft skills, and well-being. She is the creator of MindFlow Yoga VR, an award winning virtual reality experience designed to reduce stress and improve focus; Ace it XR, a mixed-reality tool for job interview preparation; and LinguaLand, an innovative educational VR game that teaches grammar and language through experiential learning.

Amany is a doctoral candidate at Teachers College, Columbia University, in the Instructional Technology and Media Program. Her research explores how AI-driven immersive and multimodal learning environments can improve language acquisition, cultural understanding, and professional skills, with a focus on reducing anxiety and fostering human-centered learning.

In her talk, Grace will share how immersive technology is transforming the way people prepare for modern relationships.
