**Alon Grinshpoon** \- CEO at echo3D\, Techstars alum & mentor\, MS in Computer Science from Columbia University specializing in 3D/AR/VR\, BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering specializing in cloud technology\, former NVIDIA engineer\, published 3D UI researcher\, a frequent speaker at CES\, SXSW\, Augmented World Expo \(AWE\)\, NYVR\, Slush\, and more\.

**Michael Steinberg** \- Is the founder of XR Motion\, a thriving community for digital artists and technologists in New York\, and the host of the XR Motion podcast\. He has worked professionally as a motion design artist for over eight years and is also a VR enthusiast who loves creating immersive worlds in VRChat\. He is passionate about fostering connections and driving innovation across the digital arts landscape\.
In my talk, titled “From Corporate Cubicles to Creative Communities: The Power of Networking in the Digital Arts,” I’ll share my journey from the corporate world of motion design to creating and nurturing XR Motion. I’ll dive into why community and networking are not only vital for fostering creativity and collaboration, but also essential for staying ahead of advancements in our rapidly evolving industry. I’ll share insights on how meaningful connections can help us navigate and embrace new technologies.

**Larry Chang**\- Larry Chang is an immersive audio specialist with a focus on creating interactive and emotionally engaging sound experiences for immersive media\. With a background in music\, audio design\, and implementation\, he combines creative vision with a practical approach to enhance storytelling and user immersion\.
He has worked as an audio director and consultant on a variety of acclaimed projects, including The Price of Freedom, Journey Through the Campes, Refinery29’s 29Rooms: Mirage, and Beyond Van Gogh: A Life in Letters. His work spans from designing spatial soundscapes to building audio systems that bring digital worlds to life.
Larry is also active in the XR and game audio communities, having shared his insights at events like AWE and GameSoundCon. He is passionate about using sound to deepen presence, emotion, and interactivity in immersive media.

**Saul Peña Gamero, Shuang Bi & Diem Dao** – Saul, Shuang, and Diem are the creators of Baby Air Express Deluxe Edition, a whimsical multiplayer world now live in Meta Horizon Worlds. In this lighthearted delivery game, players ride a flying stork, collect adorable baby animals, and match them to their rightful parents.
Saul is a software developer at Supernatural with experience across all phases of VR production. Shuang is an architectural designer blending spatial storytelling with immersive tech. Diem is a senior creative technologist focused on XR, UX, and interactive design. The team will share how they built the world, what it was like getting started in Horizon Worlds, and their plans for continued updates to the experience.

**Lisa George** \- Lisa George is the Founder and Chief Magic Maker of SugarXR\.ai\, an engagement platform with frictionless AR: Magic That Connects and Converts\. A Microsoft alum and retail promotions expert\, she’s worked with brands like BMW\, McDonald’s\, and Anheuser\-Busch\, producing over 150 events annually\. Her career centers on connection through experience—but one spark\, her grandson’s Halloween wish to make the yard “come alive\,” ignited a magical\, nationwide AR fire safety experience\.
In her talk, “Engagement That Educates: Making Fire Safety Unforgettable for Digital Natives,” Lisa shares how that Halloween moment inspired SmARt Kids Fire Safety—a WebAR-powered program now teaching life-saving habits to kids across the country. She’ll also introduce SugarXR.ai, her engagement platform powering mission-driven experiences for businesses and communities that drive traffic, sales, and social buzz—no app required. Expect sparks, stories, and a fresh look at how magic and impact come to life through immersive tech.
