🕯️ The Practice
We’ll flow through an hour yoga practice featuring grounding yin poses to ease into the New Year. All levels welcome.

🎶 After Yoga
Stick around after the session — Reforesters Lab serves incredible adaptogenic foods and beverages in a cozy setting. It’s the perfect way to unwind, meet people, and enjoy the night together.

🌟 Special Guest Teacher: Lyss Ball (@iamlimitlyss) We’re excited to welcome Lyss Ball (500-RYT) — a yoga teacher with eight years of experience guiding playful, intuitive, and trauma-informed vinyasa flows. Originally from Pittsburgh, her teaching journey has taken her from the beaches of Maui and Mexico back to New York City, where she shares yoga as a grounded practice of connection, curiosity, and coming home to yourself. You can find her on Instagram @iamlimitlyss

🌿 Who we are
We’re a club, not a class — no rushing, no stress, no judgment. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in. Once we begin, we move through a one-hour grounding yoga practice. Afterward, we hang out, chat, and enjoy the cafe together. It’s easygoing, friendly, and open to everyone.

💫 What We Do
Yoga Club brings people together through movement and community. We meet in beautiful spaces around the city to move, exhale, and connect.

Reforesters Laboratory is an experimental adaptogenic cafe and sound clinic located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We utilize music – including spatial, sub-bass-centered, and organic instrumentation – along with breathwork, meditation, art, plant care and adaptogenic, nutritional foods + beverages to cultivate kindness—both physical and spiritual. We aim to create an environment that offers peace, space, and clarity, helping people understand the connections between themselves, their communities, and the world around them. To that end, we offer affordable "pay what you can" ticket options on all events and classes.
