There will be regular Saturday mornings restorative Hatha yoga classes at Gribblehirst Community Club. This class offers a gentle, balanced practice focused on rejuvenation and deep relaxation. It is designed to help you relax, stretch, and recharge through mindful postures, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation - participants can release tension, restore energy, and cultivate inner calm for better physical and mental well-being. This is suitable for all levels and open to beginner and advanced practitioners of yoga.

Please bring your own yoga mats.

You dont have to RSVP here (in case there are limit controls) to come - just rock up to the yoga sessions with your mats!
