• 김치마스터수업: 김치의 모든 것! 김치와 수육, 그리고 잘 발효된 김치까지 테이스팅할 수 있는 기회. 이제는 더 이상 망치지 말아요. 김치!
• 한국가정식수업: 주제에 따라 심도 있게 들어갑니다. 삼계탕, 된장찌개(1년된된장, 2년된된장등), 각종 해물파전이 있는 잔치상 수업 등 다양하게 준비했어요.
• 한국전통디저트수업: 떡과 전통차. 약령시장의 각종 약재로 만드는 한방차 수업까지! 가끔 특강강사로 한의원 원장님 나오십니다. (수업이 다른방향으로 새는 것 주의ㅋ)
