In this lively presentation, Jill Nussinow, MS, RDN, will share culinary tips
for using herbs and spices to make your plant-based eating tastier and more enjoyable, while discussing the health benefits of doing so. She will talk about commonly used spices and herbs, as well as those that you might not have yet explored or experienced.

Jill Nussinow, MS, RDN, is an international speaker on health and wellness, author of 4 cookbooks and taught the McDougall program for 20 years. She was an adjunct culinary instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College for 30 years. She loves talking about food and eating. Refreshments courtesy of Down to Earth Organic & Natural. Everyone is welcome. Masks are recommended. The ballroom provides lots of space to sit comfortably apart from others, if you wish.
