3. Keep Events Friendly and Professional Whether at a social mixer, workshop, or outdoor adventure, maintain a professional and friendly demeanor. Avoid aggressive sales pitches, solicitations, or behavior that makes others uncomfortable.
4. Participate Actively and RSVP Responsibly Show up to events you RSVP for, or update your status promptly if plans change. Active participation helps build a vibrant community and ensures event hosts can plan effectively.
5. Embrace Oahu’s Aloha Spirit Bring the warmth and openness of Hawaii’s culture to every interaction. Whether it’s a beach cleanup or a networking happy hour, let’s create a welcoming vibe that reflects the island’s spirit.
6. Respect Privacy and Boundaries Honor the personal and professional boundaries of others. Share contact information or connect on social media only with mutual consent, and keep shared stories within the group unless given permission.
7. Contribute to a Safe Space Ensure all members feel safe and valued. If you notice or experience any inappropriate behavior, reach out to the organizers privately so we can address it promptly and maintain a positive environment.
