What we’re about

This is for getting groups of 2 to 6 people together who live in Oak Bay or one of the neighbouring communities, and who are active in their 50s or early 60s, to go for short bike rides, jogs, local hikes, etc. (At a moderate pace, not extreme. ☺️) Depending on the group and the day, a cafe or pub visit could be added on. Mostly during weekends or early mornings or evenings. Bring your dog if you have one and it enjoys the activity too! 🚴‍♀️🚴🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🐕🚶🏼‍♀️🚶🏽😁
