November Meeting - Padlock Shims!

Our November meeting will be a bit of a "special event" including arts and crafts! We will be covering how to shim a Master dial combination lock using material from an aluminum can. If you are interested in learning we will have materials, but to make sure we're not short it would help if you brought your own regular beverage can, some good scissors, and a padlock of your own. You may even want to bring some gloves for protection. If you don't have those things you can still participate. We will still have our normal locks and equipment if you do not want to make a padlock shim.

As always, newbies with no experience are welcome. We have practice locks and picks for you to use for free, and sell picks and other gear if you want to continue practicing at home! Feel free to bring friends, family, etc. We're a family friendly event, though younger kids might not grasp the mechanical concepts. You make the call on whether yours can "get it".
