Living Room Concerts with Doug and Dave

You may have joined this Meetup group under the title "Live Jazz & Dinner." Or under our original name and description, "Live Jazz and Dessert" featuring the D&D Jazz Duo – Doug Lalli and Dave Gulyas. We’re now calling this Meetup Group – “Jazz It Up with Doug and Dave.”
Originally, the duo performed jazz concerts in our living room. Then we moved the meetings to a weekly jam session at the Tre Sorelle Ristorante so the group members could dine while listening to Doug and Dave perform in a great house band.

But now, “Jazz It Up with Doug and Dave” is offering members access to private living room concerts again!

Here’s what to expect:
Venue: A large, comfortable living room where Doug and Dave will perform two sets of classic and original jazz compositions. Seating accommodates ten people.

Address: Apt. A1, 853 Washington Boulevard, Oak Park.

Dates: The first and third Tuesday of every month starting May 6, 2025.

Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Set 1 - 7:00 – 7:50 PM
Break for Refreshments – 7:50 – 8:10 PM
Set 2 – 8:10 to 9:00 PM

Refreshments: Coffee and tea will be offered along with a dessert tray in between sets. Guests may also bring their own wine, beer, soda, and snacks. We’ll provide glasses and ice. Seating is first come, first served.

Cost: $25 per person.

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and charged through PayPal on our Meetup page or paid by Zelle to [douglallijazz@gmail.com](mailto:douglallijazz@gmail.com).

Parking: We live in a courtyard building at the southwest corner of Washington Boulevard and Kenilworth Ave. You should be able to find free street parking within a few blocks of us.
