Radiant Rest: A Summer Solstice Sound & Yoga Nidra Experience

Join us for Radiant Rest, a special Summer Solstice journey combining the transformative power of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra meditation guided by Sacred Sound Therapeutics at Flight Fitness Studio in Palatine, IL.

As the longest day of the year illuminates the world around us, allow this experience to illuminate your inner world. Bathe in healing sound vibrations designed to release stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance. Drift into a state of conscious rest where your body can relax fully, your mind can soften, and your energy can reset.

Two ways to experience Radiant Rest:

Aerial Hammock – Float weightlessly cocooned in soft aerial silk. The gentle support relieves joint and spine pressure and deepens surrender into relaxation.

Mat Spot – Ground yourself with bolsters and blankets for a deeply nurturing sound healing and Yoga Nidra journey.

No experience necessary. All are welcome to receive, relax, and renew.
