Workshop on Showing Care in Tough Times: Healthier Relationships w/ Family & Friends
Friday, November 3rd @ 3:00 - 4:30 pm in Oakland (TBD)
This workshop focuses on how to support family and friends when they are going through a difficult times whether it is due to relationship struggles, chronic medical or mental health concerns, grief and/or loss. This will include both training and discussion time for connection and sharing.
The group is limited to 5 participates and costs $50.
Sparkling water, tea, coffee and cookies will be provided.
