Join a grounding all-levels Hatha yoga practice led by Nadia Oye that welcomes beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. This class weaves together mindfulness, breath, and steady movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and a deeper awareness of the body-mind connection.
Practicing outdoors brings a special kind of presence—the feel of the earth beneath you, the rhythm of your breath with the breeze, and the reminder that we’re part of something bigger. Together, we’ll move at a mindful pace, exploring alignment, balance, and spaciousness in both body and mind.
All levels are welcome. Please bring a mat, water, and anything else you’d like for a comfortable practice.
Class is donation-based (via venmo, cashapp, zelle or cash)—offered in the spirit of accessibility and community care. Bring a mat, bring a friend!
