What we're about

We meet to read and discuss the Bible on Thursdays at the Oak Lawn Public Library. Our meetings are always completely free of charge and open to anyone who would like to be part of the discussion!

Study the Bible with us! Genesis 20–21

Oak Lawn Public Library, Mary Nelson Room (Downstairs)

The Plan: This week we're continuing our study of the book of Genesis in the Old Testament. We'll explore what the book meant to its earliest readers and how it is still relevant for us today. This group is completely free of charge and open to anyone who would like to join the discussion. Location: We meet at the Oak Lawn Public Library. We've reserved the Mary Nelson Room, which is downstairs. If you have any trouble finding it, the library staff can help. The library is located in downtown Oak Lawn on 95th Street. Parking is always free, and the Oak Lawn Southwest Service Metra station is just across the street (https://metrarail.com/maps-schedules/train-lines/sws/stations/oaklawn). What to Bring: You'll need a Bible. If you don't have one already, we'll be happy to give to you one. Feel free to message us if you have any questions. We're looking forward to meeting you!
