Have you ever heard that everything you want lies outside of your comfort zone? It’s true!

Unless you are currently pushing your comfort zone, you are not growing!

What do you truly wish to have in your life right now? What are you longing for? Unless you already have it, that desire lies outside of your zone of comfort.

But comfort zones are cozy and safe, making it daunting to venture beyond. The fear, discomfort, and uncertainty can hold you back and even lead to self-sabotage.

Right now, I’m pushing myself outside of my comfort zone to live a bigger, better life than I already live and I am doing the subconscious work that allows me to act with positive expectancy, optimism, and curiosity.
