About This Event
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided, rhythmic breathing practice designed to quiet the thinking mind and create space for a deeper, body-led experience to unfold.

Lying comfortably and supported by carefully curated music, you are guided into a steady breathing rhythm that allows your system to shift out of constant mental activity and into a more receptive, embodied state.

As the breath deepens, awareness expands. Patterns that are often held beneath the surface may begin to be felt in a new way not through effort or analysis, but through direct experience.

There is nothing you need to force or figure out. The body naturally knows how to move through this process.

What Can This Breathwork Feel Like?
Each session is unique. Some experience clarity, some a sense of release, others a quiet recalibration, all valid expressions of the body reorganizing in its own time. You remain in control throughout and can return to a natural rhythm at any point.

Integration
The breathwork is intentionally followed by Restorative Yoga, where all poses are done lying down, allowing the body to gently transition into a state of deep rest. This phase supports the nervous system in shifting out of activation and into repair, helping to settle the body while integrating the effects of the practice.

What This Combination Supports
This combination builds a greater capacity to move fluidly between states, from effort into ease, supporting resilience, recovery, and a more regulated nervous system baseline in daily life.

Your Guide
Alexa is a Certified Yoga (YTT200) and Breathwork Teacher, and a Certified Professional Breathwork Practitioner registered with the Global Breathwork Professional Alliance.
Her approach is rooted in building capacity within the nervous system, allowing you to navigate stress, emotion, and everyday life with greater ease, clarity, and resilience.

Practical Details

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing
• Eat a light meal beforehand and avoid anything heavy
• Do not drink alcohol prior to or after the breathwork
• Bring a blanket, as body temperature may shift
• Bring a water bottle
• Eye masks are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own

Good to Know

This experience is designed to support rest, regulation, and deeper connection with your body. No previous experience with breathwork or yoga is required. Modifications can be provided if there are health concerns.

The Starbody Temple: Inner Temple Immersion
Awaken • Activate • Remember
You are warmly invited into a sacred evening of deep restoration, embodiment, and remembrance.
We begin by setting a shared intention of gratitude, gently opening the energetic field of the space and allowing the nervous system to soften. As the field expands, we invite more light into the body and awareness. Light carries information — and when welcomed consciously, it can support profound shifts in clarity, vitality, and inner alignment.
Through guided breathwork and subtle energetic practices, we activate the central channel of the body (Sushumna Nadi), drawing awareness upward toward the third eye to awaken intuition, inner vision, and higher wisdom.
We then move through a Chakra Tune-Up, using sound, vibration, and gentle tapping techniques to stimulate and harmonize each energy center. These simple but powerful practices help clear stagnation and restore energetic flow throughout the body.
The journey continues into somatic and fascial awakening, where we release stored tension through rhythmic movement, shaking, bouncing, and Qi Gong–inspired exercises. These practices hydrate the connective tissue, regulate the nervous system, and invite the body back into its natural fluidity.
From this awakened state, we slowly transition into restorative Yin Yoga, allowing the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue to unwind and integrate.
The evening concludes with a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra journey, guiding participants into the inner temple of consciousness where the body rests, the mind quiets, and the soul remembers its natural state of peace and wholeness.
Throughout the experience, live soundscapes by Normando Jones — including drums, crystal bowls, and sacred instruments — create a vibrational environment that supports deep relaxation, energetic balance, and inner exploration.
This immersion is designed to help you:

• restore balance to mind, body, and spirit

Lisa walks a path rooted in long-term devotion to the body and inner awareness. With over 25 years of experience in yoga and meditation, her work integrates somatic practice, hypnosis, and self-led healing approaches that support individuals in reconnecting with their internal systems and awareness.
Normando Jones
Normando is a soundscape creator and musician who blends rhythm, vibration, and live instrumentation to support deeper states of awareness and relaxation. His work integrates drums, crystal bowls, and layered sound to create immersive environments that enhance movement and stillness practices.
