Welcome back to the third edition of Ecstatic Dance Oakville — a conscious movement gathering rooted in music, embodiment, and community.

After two deeply nourishing gatherings with over 80 dancers, we are honored to return by popular demand, continuing to grow a heart-centered movement culture in Oakville.

Landing on the weekend before Valentine’s Day, this dance is an invitation into self-love, heart opening, and embodied presence — a space to reconnect with yourself, soften into the body, and move in devotion to your own inner rhythm.

Held within the serene and healing atmosphere of My Vitae, this experience invites you to quiet the mind, open the heart, and express your authentic self through movement.

Guided by a live, DJ-curated journey of global grooves with Cacaoboy (Jesse Buck), the dance unfolds in waves — from grounding and subtle beginnings, through deep rhythmic exploration and emotional release, into a gentle landing of integration and stillness.

This will be Jesse’s final dance before heading south for the next few months.

No experience required.
No choreography.
Just presence, breath, and movement.

## What Is Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey — an invitation to move however your body wants to move.

There are no steps to learn and no expectations.

It is a practice of self-expression, emotional release, mindfulness, and embodied listening.

The music moves in waves — from slow and grounding to expansive and high-energy — allowing the body to travel through sensation, emotion, energy, and rest.

Each gathering is held in a safe, phone & substance-free environment, supporting you to shift out of the thinking mind and into the body.
It is not about how you look.
It is about how you feel.

An Evening of Candlelight, Live Music, and Shared Presence

This Valentine’s, My Vitae is opening its space for a rare evening experience that has never before been offered.

Not a typical dinner reservation.
Not a crowded Valentine’s event.

But a carefully curated gathering designed for partners who want to step into a different pace — one shaped by atmosphere, attention, and intention.

My Vitae is known for creating environments that support presence. For this evening, the space is transformed into a candlelit setting where live musicians guide the tone, the room moves slowly, and the night is allowed to unfold without rush.

Guests arrive to warm light and live music that immediately sets a different rhythm. A three-course plated dinner is served unhurriedly, creating space to linger, talk, and actually sit with one another — without interruption, without noise, without pressure to move on.

As dessert concludes, the room subtly opens.
Tables give way to space.
The music deepens.
The evening transitions into slow dancing and quiet closeness, recalling the elegance of classic dinner dances where time, atmosphere, and connection were the experience.

This is not designed to impress through excess.

All ticket purchases are final sale.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another couple with prior notice.
Refunds are not offered. However, if you are unable to attend, you may request a credit to My Vitae equal to the value of your ticket. This credit may be applied toward future My Vitae events, services, or offerings and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event.

This is a Breathwork Concert, a musical journey to expand into the future version of yourself, meet your soul, and reconnect with your heart.
Run of Evening:
🕕 6:00 PM – Doors Open
Arrive early, settle into the space. The lighting is warm, the music is cinematic, and the energy begins to build.
🌕 7:00 PM – Soul Expansion Experience Begins
Led by Freddy & The Band of Souls, this immersive journey blends breathwork, live music, and frequency-based sound designed to expand the nervous system, release emotion, and ignite creative flow.
💫 8:30 PM – Integration + Sound Bath
Rest in the resonance. Frequencies shift from intensity to stillness as we anchor the night’s transformation through sound.
