Come alone or with a friend. Sacred Recess is a somatic invitation to pause the noise of everyday life and return to a place of freedom and play. Led by River with support from Aman, this experience blends movement, somatic games, embodied dialogue, and dance into a powerful yet lighthearted practice of release and reconnection.
