Most of us were never taught what self-love actually is.

So we live without it — and feel the effects in our mood, energy, relationships, motivation, and sense of peace.

When self-love is missing, we’re more easily overwhelmed, disconnected from our bodies, reactive, tired, or quietly depleted. Even when life looks “fine,” something often feels strained underneath.

This month’s My Vitae Speaker Series is an exploration of self-love as a lived relationship — how the way we treat ourselves shapes how we feel day to day, how we handle stress, how we rest, and how much joy and ease we’re able to experience.

Through short talks, interactive moments, and tangible takeaways, speakers will offer grounded perspectives on how to rebuild connection with the self in simple, real ways that support everyday life.

This gathering is about understanding how self-love nourishes the inner world — so energy, clarity, and care can grow from the inside, allowing us to live and give from fullness rather than depletion.

This is a donation-based event, with all proceeds supporting a local charity.
