Dean Curtis has been a Real Estate investor for the last 25 years in Ontario, with a special interest in short term vacation rentals over the last 7 years.

Dean has grown his personal investment portfolio which includes short term vacation rental properties, single family homes, and smaller multifamily units. Dean has been featured on numerous podcasts, AM 570 news "Your Money Matters", and interviewed for Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine.

Now working as a real estate sales representative as well as an investor, he has coached families from start to finish on purchasing the perfect cottage vacation rental, maximizing income potential, furnishing the property appropriately, and providing customer service that will ensure repeat rentals.
