April Paddle (Ventura)

PADDLERS, assemble! 🐚 Meet at Harbor Cove Beach for a harbor paddle followed by après at Harbor Cove Cafe . (NOTE: In the event of heavy winds/currents, the departure point will move to a more mellow part of the harbor. I will give a heads up if this happens.)

A few notes:

• ⏰ TIMING: We'll set sail no later than 8:40AM, so have your paddle gear on the sand and ready to roll. If you're late, try to catch up on the water or meet us for the après-paddle at Harbor Cafe.
• 🚗 PARKING: There’s plenty of paid parking in Ventura harbor.

If you're new here, read on:

• 🛶 PADDLE: Stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), kayaks, canoes, and the like are all welcome. When in doubt, go for it.
• ➡️ FORMAT: We typically paddle for about an hour, deflate/load our gear in our cars, and then reconvene for some hangs. Shortcuts are welcome and no worries if you have to cut out after the paddle.
• ⚠️ SAFETY: Have a life jacket on board for safety & to avoid a ticket.
• 💡 EXPERIENCE: Ventura Harbor is good for all levels. We’ll stay in the harbor for this route.
• 🛟 RENTALS: We're not affiliated with the rental companies but encourage you to research options on your own!
