July Paddle (Oxnard)

July paddle is here - Channel Islands Harbor, let's goooo! We'll meet at the public dock in Seabridge Marina just south of Vons (see map), explore CI harbor, and finish off with bevvies and a bite at the Coffee Bean!

A few notes:

• ⏰ TIMING: We'll plan to set sail no later than 8:40 AM, so please have your paddle gear on the dock and ready to roll.
• 🚗 PARKING: Free public parking is available adjacent to the dock (just south of the Vons primary parking lot).
• 💡 EXPERIENCE: This mellow route is 100% in the harbor - great for beginners and fun for all levels.

If you're new here, read on:

• 🛶 PADDLE: Stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), kayaks, canoes, and the like are all welcome. When in doubt, go for it.
• ➡️ FORMAT: We typically paddle for about an hour, deflate/load our gear in our cars, and then reconvene for some hangs. Shortcuts are welcome and no worries if you have to cut out after the paddle.
• ⚠️ SAFETY: Have a life jacket on board for safety & to avoid a ticket. All paddlers are responsible for their own safety.
• 🛟 RENTALS: Most of our group has their own gear. You're more than welcome to rent, but we are not affiliated with rental companies so you'll have to research options on your own.
