Exclusive Invitation: Coach House Tour & Bonus Flip Tour

We are excited to announce an exclusive event for real estate investors, hosted by Bliss. We would be honored if you could join us for a unique learning experience, where you will have the opportunity to tour two properties. We will start the evening by walking through a newly built coach house in Nepean. Due to its small size, we won't host the event there. After viewing the coach house and answering questions you may have after you walk through, you will drive 10 minutes (must have own transportation or carpool with someone else) to one of our flip properties that was recently sold. At this vacant flip we will have pizza, soft drinks, and have chairs and a screen set up to present before and after pictures, renovation costs, as well as issues and lessons learned on both these projects.

Attend a comprehensive presentation, where Luc (follow him on Instagram @Lucselfwealth) and Jess Boiron, as well as their construction manager Allan, will share insights and tips on building coach houses vs SDUs and on flipping houses.

Those who have registered and made payment will be sent the addresses. The coach house visit will be from 6-6:30 pm and the flip tour and presentation will start at 6:45pm.
