Announcing the resumption of meetings at the Bellevue Public Library

Details
Meetings at the Bellevue Public Libary will be resuming, on Sunday, June 16 @ 2:30 pm until 4:30 pm. The format will variably be to hold a
discussion about material available on the Ayn Rand Institute. Anyone with an affinity to a lecture, paper, or you-tube post and a yen to lead a discussion on your chosen topic will be given the opportunity to do so. (just let me know no later than 2 weeks after one meeting and 2 weeks before the next meeting). Most meetings will be on the fourth Sunday of the month (except November and December. This first meeting is also an exception due to the timing of OCON).
The topic is a live one! see Ben Bayer's article;

The "New Ideal" article is a 16' minute read. There are links to 3 additional similar articles if you wish to explore further. As usual, please consider the role of logic and reason in this discussion. Are your opponents in the topic reasonable? Why are the opposing camps so deeply entrenched? Can a breakthrough of understanding ever be achieved, or is this topic consigned to always be politically arbitrated?
