Daring V Armored Leadership During Change

We are honored to have Sherry Matheson and Kerry Woodcock, lead us through this session, where we will be discussing daring versus armored leadership and how this shows up during change. Daring vs. Armored Leadership is a framework that contrasts two distinct approaches to leading during periods of organizational change. We will take a look into what each style represents and how they manifest during change.
