### 1. Welcome & Warm-Up

  • Quick introductions for new members
  • Brief talk on the session’s focus and intention
  • Dynamic stretches and mobility drills

  • Start: Easy warm-up pace (5 mins)
  • Steady State: 30–45 min consistent pace
  • Finish: Slow jog or walk to cool down

(Adjusted based on participants’ levels — split into pace groups if needed.)

  • Guided stretching and cooldown routine
  • Optional sauna 15-20min (10 minute drive)
