We will be walking a live development project for this event. Sam Elichar is our guest speaker this month. He has seen real estate success here in Southern California at a young age.
We are going to walk one of his current development projects in Whittier. This 4-plex will be six (units) after this project is completed.
We will walk through the acquisition, build, and hold strategy behind this deal.
