Let’s get moving with a dynamic fitness walk that blends fat loss, strength training, and conditioning—all in a supportive and social setting. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this workout is tailored for all levels. Stay active, challenge yourself, and connect with like-minded workout buddies in the great outdoors!
This Wednesday’s Workout:
✅ Quick 2-minute warm-up
✅ 1-4 mile walk (distance based on group vote, likely 4 miles)
✅ Exercises of the day on a park bench: step ups and incline pushups and bench dips. Modified as needed for all fitness levels
✅ Customizable workouts based on group preferences
Meeting Spot & Parking:
📍 Meet in front of Mile Square Park Golf Course
🚗 Free Parking: Available along the streets and at the public golf course—please park in the far corner to leave space for golfers.
This session will last 1-2 hours, depending on the group's pace and preferences.
