User Adoption is one of the most underrate aspect in Power BI implementations. Belinda Allen with several decades of ERP (Accounting Systems) implementations under her belt, she has dealt with many leads and end users who’ve both adopted and rejected the new process/software. For those that reject the new processes/software, it’s a challenge to turn the rejection into acceptance, let alone excitement. In this area she has both succeeded and failed. We know we are offering tools that will help users make better decisions for timely and accurate information, but that may not always be enough.
