Tech Link Up - After Hours
Hangar 24 Orange County, 17877 Von Karman Ave Unit 110, Irvine, CA, USCome find your people!
- We are going to meet at Hangar 24 at 6pm.
- Parking is free with validation, just make sure to park in the lot off Von Karman or the parking garage off Gillette and grab a ticket. You are encouraged to get a drink or something to support the venue.
- You do not have to be 21+ to enter the brewery. They have non-alcoholic drinks and various food items if you do not drink.
- Look for the Tech Link Up sign and the people wearing blue and white name tags.

There is parking in the lot off Von Karman and the parking garage off Gillette (the parking garage generally has more spaces open), but you will need to grab a ticket and get it validated inside the brewery. You do not have to make a purchase to get the ticket validated! Once you park, head into the business park. AI Builder Day With Claude Code - must register on Luma to attend!
The Ticket 500, 2807 Villa Way, Newport Beach, CA, USOur long-awaited AI Builder Day is here! This is going to be the perfect event for anyone who wants to get started building functional apps with AI - no previous experience needed. Come in with your laptop and dreams, leave having built and deployed a full-stack app. We're collaborating with Anthropic for this event to give you the tools and experience needed to build your dream app. Note you will need to also register on the official Anthropic Luma listing to enter the event.
You will use your laptop to build & code with AI then deploy your app and have it live on the web. To be fully prepared you will need software installed on your laptop as well as accounts set up with certain services.
Please have these installed before arriving:

Visual Studio Code is standard - Terminal app
Already installed on your machine. Windows Powershell or Mac Terminal both work. Other options can add more features. - Claude Code
We're using Claude Code CLI (command-line interface) in the terminal, not the desktop app.
You'll need a subscription - the $20/month "Pro" account is good and will get some bonus credits at the event.

Recommend budget extra 30 minutes to park & ride trolley
You'll park at the Avon Street Lot behind the Holiday Inn.

Take the trolley and get off at the second stop - Newport & 30th Street
Short walk to The Ticket 500 - Paid street parking available nearby
Max parking hours depends on location, check the signs.
12-hour spots are available along Villa Way and some on 30th Street. - Paid parking lot at Cannery Village Lot
