Red Rock Hike with Tech Buddies

Come join us on another hike! We're doing a beginner-friendly trip at the Red Rock Canyon Trail in Foothill Ranch. A little piece of the Arizona Badlands in Southern California. It'll be a nice 4 mile hike with a mix of terrain, good views and sweet fresh air.
Whether you’re an engineer, designer, product manager, or involved in the tech industry, this is your chance to get outdoors and connect with like-minded folks in a relaxed environment. Following the hike we will go to a local food court for lunch.
What to Expect:
- 🌿Hike: 4 mile out-and-back route with mild hills
- 🅿️Parking: There are several free parking areas across the street around CVS. The trailhead lot is $3. Don't park at the Ralph's lot as they WILL tow.
- 💬Tech-Infused Chat: Connect with like-minded people in the tech community.
- 🍴Post-Hike Lunch: After we wrap up, we’ll head over to a local food court for lunch

- ⛰️Meet-up Spot: Meet at the Borrego Parking Lot trailhead
- 📍Google Maps: Red Rock Canyon Trail
- 😎 What to Bring: Comfortable hiking gear, water, sunscreen, and a hat
- 🕒 Start Time: 9:00 AM sharp. Arrive a bit early to park, and say hello
- Duration: around 1.5 hours of hiking, plus extra time for mingling, photos, and water breaks
- 🌤️Trail Info: Around 4 miles total.
- 🐶 Note: Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on this trail
