Update:

One weather forecast for Nov 6 - 8 weekend says rain is possible, so let's reschedule to Nov 13 - 15 and hope for better weather.

Sorry for the multiple date changes. Circumstances such as the original campground being closed were out of my control.

Since this has changed dates multiple times, the RSVP list is definitely inaccurate, so setting up another event with the new date makes sense.
