Meet our speakers:
Anna Terés, Data Science Team Lead at Ocado Technology: Anna has 15 years of experience in Software Development. She has a strong focus on getting things done and delivering technical solutions that make customers’ lives easier. Anna joined Ocado Technology 7 years ago as a Software Engineer. Whenever Anna is not reading, playing video games, headbanging or training like a Spartan, you may find her studying new and challenging fields like Physics. She is happy to discuss quantum mechanics in Spanish, Catalan, English or German.

Myriam Quiroga, Global Senior Program Manager at HP: Myriam has a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering (Mechanics), and a Postgraduate in Computer Vision. Her 32 years of experience, the first 4 at Seat, followed by more than 28 at HP, has allowed her to develop many different roles in different areas of the company. From Business Process Engineer, Operations, Project and Program Management to Team Lead and People Management roles in areas like Manufacturing, R&D, Services and lately in Sales and Marketing. She likes to manage complex situations, driving efficiencies and consistency to internal and external customers.
Myriam is also an active member of the Barcelona Women Network at HP. She's always looking for opportunities to enjoy, every day, the things she's doing, whether at work, while doing Nordic walking surrounded by nature, or when attending a yoga class

Joana Socrates, Software Engineer, Engineering Manager and PhD in computer network: Joana has over 10 years of experience working in companies such as Ocado Technology, Amazon and Glovo. She is passionate about technology in general and, as a manager, she believes in promoting highly engaged teams focusing on objective development and fast-paced delivery. She is constantly updating herself on topics of interest by studying, and attending conferences, talks, and meetups.

Susana Duran, ESM, Strategic Accounts at AWS: Susana supports the most Strategic Customers in their journey to the cloud, leading an awesome technical team at AWS. Previously, she was VP of the Conversational AI Lab of a multinational and CTO of several successful start-ups. She is a firm believer and collaborator of the Ethics of Technology and EQ Evangelist. Susana is part of several initiatives aiming to increase the visibility of women in tech, mentoring girls and women to become the new leaders of the future.
