Guest Photographer Presentation and Discussion: Photojournalist Alan Youngblood

Please join us at the Marion County Public Library HQ for an informative and enjoyable meetup presentation by renowned Ocala photojournalist Alan Youngblood. A photo editor with the Ocala Star-Banner for nearly twenty years, he has more than four decades of professional photojournalism and photographer direction experience. In 2018, he was named Gatehouse Still Photographer of the Year, in a competition which rewards extraordinary journalism crafted by newsrooms. While he has covered stories as far away as war-torn Europe, his passion and specialty since 1986 has been underwater photography.
