CHARLES GJERS – Instructor
Charles has a lifetime California Teaching Credential, extensive course work in the educational field at
Purdue University and in depth corporate and small business experience. Among his accomplishments: Four years is the USAF running cryogenic fluid productions system, Plant Manager of a Liquid Carbonic Liquid Oxygen/Liquid Nitrogen Plant, President and Chairman of the Board of Mentor Discover Inspire, owner and operator of several small business consulting and contracting companies. President and Chairman of the Board for non-profit End Domestic Abuse, Inc., Founder of SALT, (Success Awareness Leadership Training) series.

Tim Proschold - Instructor
Tim is CEO and Managing Broker of Luxuriant Realty, an independent brokerage serving Silicon Valley from
Menlo Park, California. Since 2004, he has driven strategic growth in high-value sales, property development, and management.
A licensed California Civil Engineer with construction management experience, Tim holds an MBA from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business, specializing in management excellence and financial strategies.
He is known for results-driven leadership that provides clear context, aligns teams around shared purpose, and delivers measurable outcomes in competitive markets.

Luis Camargo - Production
With 25 years at XP Systems supporting credit unions,
Luis built his career from the ground up. He started as
a computer operator, advanced to operations management, and led system installations nationwide. He finished his tenure as a Disaster Recovery Compliance Manager, focused on helping clients stay secure, resilient, and compliant. Luis holds a BA from San Jose State in business administration.
