### What to Bring

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask and wear comfortable clothing.

### Directions:

#### The Light Therapy Lounge is located near the corner of Moulton and Oso Pkwy.

A 7-11 store is situated on one end of the building, and there are stairs on both ends, plus an elevator for easy access. You will find the Light Therapy Lounge on the upper level directly above the donut shop. Plenty of free parking.
