" Feel the fear and come along anyway" . This is an English speaking Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety Support Group open to adults struggling with intrusive thoughts, constant worries and negative patterns of thinking. It is a place where we can share our fears, coping skills and victories in a supportive, non- judgemental and confidential environment.
Together, we can help each other beat our anxiety and take control of our lives once again.

OCD and Anxiety Adult Support Group Meeting – Meet, Share, Grow
Metropolitan Workshop, Unit 603, 6/F, Tower 1,, Admiralty Centre, Admiralty, Hong Kong, HKOCD and Anxiety Support Group (OCDAHK) holds monthly support groups for adults with OCD, anxiety and depression. It is open to those who struggle with intrusive thoughts, constant worries, high levels of stress and who feel stuck in negative patterns of thinking. The support groups provide individuals with a platform to voice and share personal fears, worries, and anxieties in a non-judgemental, safe and confidential environment. Information about mental health disorders and different techniques to reduce anxiety will be explored, as well as reflections and discussions with our CEO & Founder who is Counsellor and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist.
