OCD with "taboo" content is one of the most misunderstood and stigmatized mental health conditions. Oftentimes, it goes unaddressed due to fear of being misunderstood or judged.

This group is 18+ and will be virtual (cameras on!). Intakes/consults for the group are FREE and can be scheduled here

Together, we’ll explore:

How to navigate campus counseling, medical, and disability services

Options beyond campus: outpatient therapy, IOP, PHP, and residential care

Medication access and ongoing management

Academic accommodations: what’s available and how to get the right documentation

How (and when) to talk with your student about their mental health

This is a practical, evidence-based conversation designed to help families feel prepared—not just for move-in day, but for the inevitable ups and downs that follow.

Whether your student already has a diagnosis or you’re planning ahead “just in case,” this event will equip you with knowledge, resources, and next steps.
