6:50–7:00 | Arrival & Check-In
Sign-in, grab a name tag, pick up “How I can help / What I’m seeking” card.

7:00–7:05 | Welcome & Housekeeping
Purpose, code of conduct (professional space, not a singles group), format overview.

7:05–7:15 | Lightning Intros (Round 1)
Each person: name, role/industry, 1 thing you can offer, 1 thing you’re seeking (15–20 sec each).

7:15–7:30 | Icebreaker: “Common Threads”
Small tables identify 3 professional commonalities and 1 stretch goal for the group.

7:30–7:45 | Spotlight Shares (2–3 members)
Brief 3–4 min stories: a recent win, challenge, or hiring need + 1 concrete ask.

7:45–8:00 | Opportunity Exchange

• Job Board: open roles, referrals, contract gigs
• Job Seekers: industries targeted, top skills, immediate needs
• Recruiter/Hiring Corner: who’s hiring now, how to engage

8:00–8:15 | Skill Swap & Mentor Matches
Pair up using the cards (match “can help with” to “need help with”). Exchange contact details.

8:15–8:25 | Group Input & Next Steps
Vote on cadence, topics (resume clinic, mock interviews, small-biz roundtable, LinkedIn lab, etc.). Volunteers for co-hosting or topic leads.

8:25–8:30 | Wrap-Up
Quick recap, confirm next meetup date, photo (optional), thank-yous.
