This is a meditative practice where we will cozy up with blankets, eye masks, fuzzy socks and the warm glow of community to light up our spirits while witnessing the sunset, together.

What is a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath?

These seven crystal singing bowls are tuned to the optimal frequency range of your organ, glandular and nerve complexes to create an experience similar to a spa for your cells.

Think of a sound bath as a multivitamin for your vibration.
