Join us for an immersive experience of a silent disco ecstatic dance on the beach, infused with opening movement by Shawna Mox to begin, a DJ mix created by Oceana streamed through silent disco headphones as we dance together on the beach ecstatically, and closing with Jamie Nicole's yummy, healing sound bath.
Sign ups are required through Eventbrite to attend due to limited headphones for dance portion.

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is all about flowing with the music and letting your body move however it wants—no rules, and no judgment.
It’s your chance to express yourself fully, with total freedom. But there are a few simple rules to encourage safety, boundaries and consciousness:
- No talking on the floor – Let the movement speak for itself.
- Respect space – Dance with wild abandon, but with respect for others’ space and boundaries.
- No drugs or alcohol – Let the music, nature and community create a natural response.
It’s a soulful, freeing experience where you can lose yourself in the music, release what no longer serves you, and be in pure flow.
Shakti Activation with Shawna Mox:
Yoga with Ana is a fluid, slow yoga style which allows you to pause, embody, and amplify the light inside of you. Her passion for beach yoga began as a personal healing journey, and extends to every soul which she shares these ancient sacred practices with.
DJ Oceana:
After teaching yoga, Ana will share an epic DJ set - returning to her roots as a DJ and music producer in LA, you can expect a mixture of many styles of music that encourages freedom of expression, heart expansion, and a little booty dropping bass music!
Jamie Nicole, Harmonic Holistics:
Guided by a deep love for meditation and sound, Jamie believes that with gentle support and encouragement, everyone can discover their unique path to inner peace. Drop into meditative bliss through the healing vibrations of alchemy crystal bowls and a variety of sacred instruments.
