Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath at Central Coast Floats

Come join us at Central Coast Floats for a blissful evening with Shannon Bailey and Jamie Nicole.

Relax and unwind to the healing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, drums, and vocal harmonies, while being guided through a meditation known as Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is typically done lying down, bringing the body into a deeply restful state between wakefulness and sleep. Please bring blankets and pillows for added comfort.
