FAQs
What kind of dance is this?
This is a conscious / embodied dance, not a class or choreography. You’ll be guided into free-form movement inspired by music, breath, and sensation. There’s no right or wrong way to move — you can dance big, sway gently, stretch, or simply walk and listen. Beginners and experienced dancers are equally welcome.
Where do I park?
Public parking is available throughout Avila Beach, including street parking and nearby public lots. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time to park and walk to the beach entrance across from Kraken Coffee.
What should I bring or wear?
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• Layers for after sunset
• Bare feet are encouraged, but sandals are fine
• Water bottle
Headphones will be provided — just bring yourself and an open heart.
