This is a meditative practice where we will cozy up with the warm glow of community to light up our spirit

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we chase the sunset -
Friday evenings, cozy up with community amidst the shoreline.

We begin with 15 mins of gentle stretching, followed by a 15 minute guided meditation w/headphones (provided), and ending with a rejuvenating crystal bowl sound bath.

It is my greatest honor and deepest wish to allow these practices to be accessible to all! This is a donation based event.

What to Bring:
-Beach blanket
-Layers (jacket, scarf, beanie, socks, etc.)
-Eye mask optional for sound bath

What's Provided:
-Headphones for an immersive experience
-Some beach blankets will be available
