
What we’re about
Come join us for a 3.5 - 4.5 mile run/walk, includes running drills and injury prevention exercises. Group is geared towards beginner intermediate runner/walkers. Workouts include hills, stairs, intervals and longer runs. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 pm at the Oceanside Civic Center Library and do our exercises down at Tyson Park. Bring reflective wear in the fall and winter. We also run Saturday mornings at the Batiquitos Lagoon
