In this month's meetup our co-organizer Dan Engdahl will be teleconferencing in to discuss his professional and real estate journey.

Bio:
Dan is an avid Multifamily passive investor with three investments in over 950 apartments in Texas and Michigan. Dan has had over 30 years of corporate leadership experience in finance and strategy where he developed and executed a strategy to build one of the largest Milk Bottling plants in the U.S. He also has led the development of several SAP ERP implementations and the creation of a 220-person Financial Shared Services Center that supported 36 Plant Operations. He recently retired from his Program Lead position at Walmart’s Home Office after 11 years to pursue Multifamily investing full-time. He has previously owned business and financial consulting businesses where he has held Insurance, Real Estate and Securities-6/63 licenses. He graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and received his MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
