You may wonder if you actually saw what you think you saw as you watch this movie, and that’s OK – Oddball Cinema encourages wondering! The visuals are occasionally bizarre, occasionally whimsical, and relentlessly dynamic as the environment changes to suit the characters’ moods, whims, or – well, you just have to see for yourself. Audrey Tatou is the leading lady, but don’t expect the wacky exploits of “Amélie” or the love-conquers-all spirit of “Priceless.” This story begins with comedy and romance, but something malignant lurks in the psychedelic undergrowth.
