• Devil Girl From Mars • by David MacDonald ☼ online event

This bizarre tale begins ever so slowly as a motley assortment of unexpected guests arrive at an isolated inn on the Scottish moors. The inn is officially closed for the off-season, but the travelers each have their independent reasons for being in the area one evening, and the innkeepers extend them hospitality as best they can. The last one to arrive is the title character, and once she makes her startling entrance, the story becomes ever stranger. It’s not so much the action as the reason for her visit that makes this movie from the UK an enjoyably weird what-were-they-thinking production.
